Insomnia

The Insomnia Massage is a specialized, in-home service designed to support better sleep through calming, therapeutic touch.
This session combines head, scalp, and foot pressure point techniques, rhythmic rocking, and slow, repetitive movements clinically shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Performed in a side-lying position to mimic the body’s natural sleep posture, this massage encourages the release of melatonin and reduces cortisol levels—helping you transition into a state of deep rest.
Available during late-night and early-morning hours, this silent massage begins at $300/hour. Once your session ends, I quietly exit to protect your sleep environment and ensure uninterrupted rest.
Our Approach
Incorporating all areas of expertise into each massage is our specialty. We customize each session down to the minute. Everyone has individual preferences on pressure, areas of focus and wanted results. Before each session we will take time to listen to you and how you are feeling that day.

After the massage starts we encourage you to be selective. Listen to your body. Today you may want a lot of pressure on your legs and lighter pressure on your back, tomorrow could be entirely different. Pressure and technique can be adjusted at any time. The time on the table is entirely yours and we keep conversation to a minimum. If you feel like talking, we will engage in conversation but we won't initiate as to encourage you to embrace your wellness and stillness.
